-1 cup- Makhana
-1 cup- green peas
-1- onion
-1 tsp- garam masala powder
-2 tablespoons- cream
-1 cup- water

-1 tsp- ginger-garlic paste
-Half teaspoon- Turmeric powder
-1 teaspoon- red chilli powder

To make makhana matar ki sabzi, first cook the peas in a pressure cooker. After this, finely chop onion, tomato and keep aside. Now put chopped tomatoes, ginger, garlic in a blender and make a puree. After making the puree, heat 1 table spoon of ghee in a pan and fry it after adding makhana. When the meat turns light golden in color, take it out on a plate. Now, in the same pan again heat 2 tbsp of ghee and add finely chopped onion and fry until golden brown. After adding onion, add garlic paste and fry for 5 minutes and then after 5 minutes add tomato puree. Now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and garam masala powder and mix well. When the masala starts releasing oil, add the boiled peas and roasted makha and cook on low flame for 3 to 4 minutes. After this, you add cream to it and mix it again then turn off the gas.
