Larry Emdur has created a stir on live TV after revealing the real reason behind his absence on The Morning Show on Tuesday.
The star was a no-show on the Channel 7 show just 24 hours after the Logies, leaving co-host Kylie Gillies to say she “seriously” had no idea where he was.

But Larry cleared the mystery up with a bizarre explanation that left the Sunrise panel and Kylie in stitches.
In a cross to Sunrise stars Nat Barr, Matt Shirvington, Edwina Bartholomew and Mark Beretta, Larry claimed that he’d been “kidnapped” by Dr Chris Brown after the Logies.
“Well, truth be known – Dr Chris Brown kidnapped me and kept me locked in a cage in his garage,” he said.
“He was testing various moisturisers and alike. It was a weird experiment.”
A panicked Nat responded: “I don’t know if you can say that!”
However Larry doubled down, saying: “He’s not the nice guy we all think he is, that’s all I’m saying.”
Kylie then stepped in to say that she had in fact rescued Larry.
“Lucky I just happened to be swinging by Chris’s place and found him,” Kylie said.
“That’s the surprise!” Larry laughed. “Kylie’s got the security codes! What a coincidence!”
Nat then cast doubt on Larry’s comments, saying: “We sat next to Chris Brown at the Logies, he was so nice until you made him seem weird.”
However Larry responded: “I just don’t want everyone thinking he’s a nice guy. There he is living with Kylie in a nurse’s outfit with locked cages.
“50 Shades of Brown is the name of the movie.”
Nat then told Larry to “stop now”, before adding: “He did seem nice, though.”
Larry added: “They always do, Nat!”
The host’s final words prompted the Sunrise crew to break out into fits of laughter.
