MaaS platform Bud-e places an order of 10,000 electric scooters from Odysse

Mumbai-based electric two-wheeler start-up Odysse Electric Vehicles has formed a strategic alliance with bud-e, an EV two-wheeler Mobility as a Service (MaaS) provider. As part of this agreement, Odysse has bagged a massive order of 10,000 units of its electric scooter from the latter.

The delivery of these electric scooters will be completed in phases over the course of the next two years.
The company said that it is dedicated to ensuring a seamless delivery process for the 10,000 units of electric scooters, with a focus on customer satisfaction. Additionally, Odysse will cater to the after-sales support, including maintenance services and readily available spare parts, to ensure a smooth ownership experience for the company and its customers.

Earlier this year, Odysse inked a pact with Flipkart, one of the leading e-commerce marketplace, enabling customers to pre-book and buy Odysse’s innovative electric bikes and scooters through the Flipkart website.
Furthermore, the company had also launched the Vader electric motorcycle in India in March at Rs 1.10 lakh, ex-showroom. The motorcycle comes with three-year warranty for the battery and powertrain.
