For Malaika, staying in shape is a must, so, she follows an exercise routine every day. On Monday, the actor shared not a regular fitness video from her gym. It’s for those, who have been suffering from upper back and shoulder pain. Malaika shared some tips and body exercises to eliminate muscular pains that we usually get from hardcore workouts. She used a dumbbell for back pain and showed how to use it.

The Chhaiya Chhaiya star took to her Instagram and posted her favourite #malaikasmondaymotivation series. Malaika shared a caption that read, “Doing this exercise for two minutes every day will make your shoulder and upper back pain disappear.”

For the workout session, Malaika was dressed in a pair of high-waisted charcoal grey tights and a sleeveless black cutout sports bra. Her voluminous hair was wrapped in a high ponytail ideal for the training.
