Met Gala 2024: Actress Alia Bhatt is currently in New York attending The Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Costume Institute benefit gala that celebrates the opening of the “Sleeping Beauties: Reawakening Fashion” exhibition. Alia made her grand entry on the red carpet in a gorgeous green pastel custom-made lehenga saree by Sabyasachi. The green pastel tulle couture sari is embellished with hand-cut English flowers paired with a trailing veil. The saree pallu has golden threads/fringes flowing at the back, giving dramatic bling the overall look. The pink and white flowers have beads stuck to them and the green leaves are highlighted with golden boundaries. The boundaries of the saree-lehenga has tiny lace of small flowers.

Another moment to talk about Alia Bhatt’s look is the custom-made jewellery featuring a sheesh patti, maang tika and earrings designed by Sabyasachi. The sheesh pati is meticulously etched with colourful diamonds, giving a regal look.
