MG Hector Shine Pro, Select Pro variants: What’s new
Both Shine Pro and Select Pro variants have a 14-inch portrait infotainment system, complete with Wireless Apple CarPlay & Android Auto and a Wireless Phone Charger.Other notable feature upgrades include LED Projector headlamps, floating light turn indicators, connected LED tail lamps, and chrome door handles.
Besides that, the Select Pro variant of the Hector offers a dual-pane panoramic sunroof, while the Shine Pro variant comes equipped with a single-pane electric sunroof. The Select Pro variant further offers 18-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels, while the Shine Pro features 17-inch silver alloy wheels.

Inside, the new variants boast a blacked-out theme, leather-wrapped steering, and a brushed metal finish (CVT 5-seater). Moreover, the SUV features push button engine Start/Stop with a Smart Key, Digital Bluetooth key, and key sharing capability to add to the comfort and convenience features. Safety features include cruise control, electric parking brake, all four-wheel disc brakes, ESP, traction control, hill hold assist, ABS + EBD, all-seat belt reminders and more.
Ownership program
The Shine Pro and Select Pro variants of Hector come with the unique car ownership program “MG SHIELD” after-sales service options. Customers will also benefit from a standard 3+3+3 package, providing a warranty of three years with unlimited kms, three years of roadside assistance, and three labour-free periodic services.
The Shine Pro has been launched at Rs 16 lakh while the Select Pro will set you back 17.30 lakh. Both prices are ex-showroom.
