Ahead of this weekend’s epic Super Bowl clash between the San Francisco 49ers and Kansas City Chiefs, football fans have been given access to Madden NFL 24 as part of Xbox Game Pass. Available for the millions of Game Pass subscribers on Xbox and PC at no extra cost, Madden NFL 24 joins the service at the perfect time, with fans able to simulate the outcome of the big game before Sunday. If you want extra incentive to play the game over the next few weeks, then PC Game Pass or Ultimate members who login before March 8 will receive the EA Play Supercharge Pack for Ultimate Team.
If you don’t subscribe to Xbox Game Pass or EA Play (for PlayStation users), then you’ll be pleased to hear that Madden NFL 24 is also available at a discounted price on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One and Steam.
On PlayStation and Xbox, Madden NFL 24 is available for the reduced price of just £20.99 for the Standard Edition.
It’s even cheaper on Steam, where the core game has been given a 70% discount, dropping the price down to £17.99.
The latest game in the long-running series features improved AI and animation for a more realistic experience.
That’s on top of new game modes for PS5, Xbox Series X|S and Steam, as well as mini-games and other training drills in the Franchise mode.
In addition to Madden NFL 24, Resident Evil 3 Remake joins Xbox Game Pass on February 13, followed by Castlevania spiritual successor Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night on February 14.
“Cozy puzzle game” A Little to the Left joins Game Pass a day later on February 15, alongside popular cookery roguelike PlateUp!
A busy month for Xbox Game Pass customers continues on February 20, when first-person narrative game Return to Grace joins the service.
“A daring space archaeologist has just unearthed the ancient resting place of a long lost A.I. god known as Grace,” reads the Return to Grace description.
“Adventure with various fractured A.I. personalities as you uncover the great mystery of why she was shut down all those years ago in this first-person narrative adventure set in a visually stunning ‘60s retro sci-fi world.”
