A man is fighting for life after his motorcycle and car collided in Sydney’s west.
The rider was treated by paramedics after the crash on the Cumberland Hwy, Greystanes about 10.30pm on Thursday.
He was taken to Westmead Hospital in a critical condition.

The 28-year-old male car driver was uninjured.
He was taken to Westmead Hospital for mandatory testing and later charged with dangerous driving occasioning grievous bodily harm, negligent driving occasioning grievous bodily harm, and not stopping at a stop line at a red light.
His licence was suspended and he was granted strict conditional bail to appear at Parramatta Local Court on December 19.
Investigations are ongoing and police are asking anyone who witnessed the crash or who may have dashcam footage to contact Crime Stoppers.
