This means that there is only one month in the past 18 where she has not been pregnant.

Jacqueline wrote in the video: “Been pregnant for 17 of the past 18 months, only two and a half more weeks”.

And it wasn’t long before it went viral, receiving 400,000 views and leaving thousands confused.

“I thought pregnancy was only nine months,” one commenter wrote.

“Okay but 17?” Questioned a second.

“I think she meant 17 weeks?” Added a third.

It is in fact possible to get pregnant directly after giving birth.

The typical definition of Irish twins is two children spaced 12 or fewer months apart.

While some people in the comments of Jacqueline’s video were confused, others were quick to praise her and her family.

“Omg I am so excited. I love your videos. They are so good,” said one.

“Y’all she’s having Irish twins,” said a second.

“I can’t wait, I love you guys,” added a third.

Jacqueline frequently shares videos to her TikTok and Instagram accounts showcasing life with her young family.

Aussie mum and influencer, Indy Clinton also had Irish twins and documented her third pregnancy, saying it felt “isolating and lonely at times”.

“Probably didn’t help I fell pregnant five months postpartum, two-and-a-half weeks after a LEEPS procedure (treatment to prevent cervical cancer) and still breastfeeding,” she said.

“I really said to my body, ‘You want a challenge?’”

“Being pregnant, for me, is tough as I feel like I really lose myself,” she said.

“I love the gym, staying fit, surfing, being active and this pregnancy has thrown a few curveballs at me with complications, so I haven’t been able to do any of those things.

“So a break for me is taking the dog for a walk, laying in bed at 6:30am doing emails while my husband is at the park or doing a grocery shop and walking very slowly down the aisles.

“The constant stress, sleep deprivation that mums go through, it’s really important to find one or two friends who you can relate to, cry to, and share your sleepless night stories with.”
