She said she couldn’t eat or drink and thought it was a Covid infection since her temperature was high and her body was aching.
Moudly air from the hotel room’s air conditioner is likely the cause behind her condition.Foster began to feel unwell after her first night at the hotel room, but she didn’t visit the hotel’s resident doctor as she said it was expensive. “I couldn’t consume oral antibiotics so I had to get injections for three days and twice a day. I was in a lot of pain,” the woman shared her ordeal with MailOnline.

What is tonsillitis and what are its symptoms?

It is an inflammation of the tonsils, small tissues at the back of the throat. Swollen tonsils, sore throat, difficulty in swallowing and tender lymph nodes on the sides of the neck are among the common signs and symptoms. It can both be caused by virus and bacteria. In cases where treatments don’t help much, a surgery to remove the tonsils is performed.
Tonsillitis is more common among children and adolescents. It can also cause fever, stomach ache, neck pain and headache.
