Parramatta’s bid to qualify for the top eight has been dealt a hammer blow with prop Reagan Campbell-Gillard and winger Maika Sivo facing lengthy suspensions in the fall-out from their win over the Gold Coast.
Campbell-Gillard is staring at a four-game suspension for dropping his knees on the back of Titans hooker Chris Randall, while Sivo faces a three-game ban for a careless high tackle on Jojo Fifita.

Both players risk a further game’s suspension if they fight their respective charges.
The impending bans could not have come at a worse time for the Eels, who face an arduous end to the season with games against Melbourne, Brisbane and Penrith.
Parramatta are in seventh spot and on Saturday travel to play a North Queensland side breathing down their necks for a spot in the top eight.
Campbell-Gillard’s act caused a social media storm during the game.
Fans were puzzled as to why he was only ‘sin-binned’ and not sent off.
Fans called the act “gutless” and “dirty”.
“That is a fair ol (sic) dog act by Campbell-Gillard,” one fan said on Twitter.
Brad Arthur’s side is without two of their most important players, with five-eighth Dylan Brown and hooker Josh Hodgson also sidelined.
Elsewhere, Gold Coast captain Tino Fa’asuamaleaui will receive a three-game ban for a shoulder charge on Campbell-Gillard in the same game.
Dolphins prop Jarrod Wallace was hit with the same charge and sanction for the use of his shoulder in a tackle on Spencer Leniu.
