But, after the match, Jindal was seen having a long conversation with Samson and that is winning hearts
Delhi: It was an eventful night in Delhi when the Capitals locked horns with the Sunrisers in an IPL 2024 game. Emotions ran high as the game went right down to the wire before the Capitals held their nerves to clinch it. During the match, RR captain Sanju Samson’s controversial dismissal stole the show. Samson was caught in the deep, but it was not a clean catch. When the umpire referred it to the third umpire, DC owner Parth Jindal was seen agitated as he was convinced that was out. Jindal’s behaviour did not go down well with the fans.
But, after the match, Jindal was seen having a long conversation with Samson and that is winning hearts. Here is the viral clip:

Following the loss, Samson maintained his grace and accepted that such things happen in IPL. He perished for 86 off 46 balls.
“I think we had it in our hands, it was like 11-12 runs per over, it was achievable, these things happen in IPL. Yes, we are doing both the things fine, we will like to stick what the conditions demand, 220 was 10 runs extra to chase, the DC opener came out and did what he does, we still came back well,” Samson said at the post-match presentation.
