Portland Trail Blazers Injury Report: Jerami Grant to Remain Out vs. Los Angeles Clippers

Portland Trail Blazers Head Coach Chauncey Billups said forward Jerami Grant will not be making the trip for the Blazers’ game against the Los Angeles Clippers on Monday due to being in concussion protocol, according to Sean Highkin of the Rose Garden Report.

However, Deandre Ayton and Malcolm Brogdon are both listed as “questionable” for the matchup, the team announced. Ayton, who has been out for two games with knee soreness, last played on Dec. 2 against the Utah Jazz. Brogdon, who has missed one game also due to knee soreness, last played on Dec. 6 against the Golden State Warriors.

Joining Grant as out for the matchup are forward Ish Wainright and Center Robert Williams III. Justin Minaya and Ibou Badji are also questionable to play due to their G League assignment.

Grant, who has averaged 22.1 points and 3.8 rebounds so far this season, will have his next opportunity to suit up on Thursday, Dec. 14 when the Blazers take on the Utah Jazz at home.
