Superstar Prabhas has made a rather bold declaration!
In a recent promo video for the highly anticipated film ‘Kalki 2898 AD,’ Prabhas declared his role as Bhairava in the film as “the best character” of his life, even surpassing his iconic role in ‘Baahubali.’
Episode 1 of the series, titled ‘Stars Speak,’ features a candid conversation between the film’s stars Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan, Prabhas, and Deepika Padukone, along with producers Swapna Dutt and Priyanka Dutt.The teaser clip offers a glimpse into their discussion, with Bachchan kicking things off by humorously apologizing to Prabhas’ fans in advance.
Kamal Haasan on the other hand, added to the excitement by praising the Telugu film industry saying, “The Telugu industry is a disciplined industry.”
The clip then goes on to show Prabhas’ enthusiastic endorsement of his character Bhairava and declare his as ‘the best’ character he has ever played.

This comes as a surprising declaration from the star, who won international recognition for his role in as ‘Baahubali’ in the SS Rajamouli epic. The actor played the role of the hero opposite Rana Daggubati in the two-part epic that went on to become a box office blockbuster in India and around the world.

‘Kalki’, which boasts a star-studded cast and visionary storytelling by Nag Ashwin, is set to be a landmark project in the Indian film industry. Fans are eagerly awaiting its release, expecting a cinematic experience that rivals, if not surpasses, the grandeur of ‘Baahubali.’
After multiple delays owing to post-production work, the film is now set to release on Thursday, June 27. It will have a wide global release in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada and English languages.
