Team India have defeated New Zealand after 20 years in an ICC tournament at the HPCA Stadium in Dharamshala, on October 22. Virat Kohli played 95 runs knock and helped his side record 5th straight win in ICC ODI World Cup 2023. New Zealand batting first put 273 runs on the scoreboard. Daryl Mitchell’s century and Rachin Ravindra’s Fifty put the Kiwis in a good position before Shami’s fifer restricted them way under 300.
Rohit and Gill once again provided their team with a great start. However, a mini-collapse in the middle was bothersome but Virat Kohli kept on holding one end and India eventually secured a big win.
