Rashmika Mandanna was last seen in ‘Animal‘ opposite Ranbir Kapoor and since then, the film is the talk of the town. It released in theatres in December but peple still have not stopped talking about it. Of course, ‘Animal’ is again on everyone’s minds due to its recent OTT release. While every actor has got immense praise for their performance, some reports suggested that Rashmika has increased a remuneration post the success of ‘Animal’.
A news portal had shared a tweet which read, “BUZZ⚠️#RashmikaMandanna Increased her Remuneration again after #Animal success 🏃From inside reports, Currently she’s charging around 4Cr – 4.5cr per film.” Rashmika has finally reacted to these rumours in the most witty way.
The actress replied to this tweet and said, “Says who I wonder 🤦🏻‍♀️.. after seeing all of this I think I should actually consider it.. and if my producers ask why.. then I’ll just say ‘media out there is saying this sir.. and I think I should live up to their words.. what do I do?’ 🤣🤦🏻‍♀️”

Fans couldn’t stop laughing over this response of the actress! Meanwhile, Rashmika had also reacted to all the criticism which she got for her character Geetanjali in the movie. She during an interview with Times Now that she’s very happy to be able to do a character like this. She called it beautiful and said that would do the same character many tims over! She further explained that her character in the movie was written that way and she’s just an actor bringing the director’s imagination alive. So, everything that the actor does on the set, is just about bringing the director’s vision alive.
Post ‘Animal’, Rashmika would be seen next in ‘Chhava‘ alongside Vicky Kaushal. While Vicky plays Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj in the movie, Rashmika plays his wife. The movie is directed by Laxman Utekar.
