What Was Your Weight Loss Diet And Routine?
I followed the nutrition plan of Miten Says Fitness (MSF ). This included my favourite Gujarati meals like roti, sabzi, dhokla, handvo, theplas, etc, along with lots of whole foods like legumes, beans, fruits, vegetables, paneer and nuts & seeds.
Did You Completely Cut Down on Sugar?
No, I had occasional cheat meals every week – which included sugary foods like desserts, and sugar in coffee.
Did You Have Cheat Meals?
I had cheat meals spread out in the frequency of twice in 2 weeks
What is One Rule That You Abide by For Losing Weight?
Proper and clean nutrition and workout – which was custom-made for me by my fitness coach. This helped me stick to my routine, and follow through with my efforts due to which I was able to see results even at this age.
What Was One Thing That Worked Best For You?
I am such a foodie and for me for this to become sustainable was the awesome recipes on MSF plan. As mentioned earlier, it included foods like thepla, handvo, dhokla, pizza, pasta.
