What Was Your Weight Loss Diet And Routine?
I’ve been on an OMAD(one meal a day) diet for the last 4 months, where I consume eggs/fruits/protein shakes/nuts throughout the day but only have one major meal. For dinner, I eat rice/ragi roti with daal, sabzi and chicken/fish/egg.
Did You Completely Cut Down on Sugar?
Yes, I did completely cut out direct consumption of sugar from my diet, which also included foods high in sugar.
Did You Have Cheat Meals? If Yea, Then How Many Times in a Week? What is Your go-to Cheat Meal?
I have one cheat meal a month, usually. It can literally be anything, but I try and balance it by eating a salad with it.
What is One Rule That You Abide by For Losing Weight?
Diet is key to not only losing weight but also an overall healthy life. Stick to it and nothing can stop you.
What Was One Thing That Worked Best For You?
Cutting out food high in sugar content helped quite a lot. Also, introducing some form of physical activity into your day will not only aid the weight loss but will also boost your mental health and reduce junk cravings.

Staying consistent with a diet or workout has always been a challenge, but making up small goals and holding myself accountable has really helped.
