I lost almost 10 KG in 4 months from January 15 to May 15, going from 79 to 69 kg.

Every morning on an empty stomach, I drank one lemon water juice without added sugar or salt. For lunch, I had roti and vegetable curry, and in the afternoon, I had cucumber and carrot. Dinner was merely roti and vegetable curry at 7 p.m. I strictly avoided sugar maida and rice.
