Rebel Wilson has given her followers a sneak peek at her upcoming film and paid tribute to Britney Spears in her latest Instagram post.

The 41-year-old actress posted the snap of herself in an outfit for a choreographed scene in her upcoming Netflix film Senior Year, which is performed to Britney Spears’ hit song You Drive Me Crazy.

In Senior Year, Wilson plays a cheerleader who wakes up from a 20-year coma to relive all her favourite pop culture moments.

The photo shows her wearing black pants and a glittery green top – the same outfit Spears wears in the video for the iconic 1999 song.

And Wilson had a brief message of support for Spears, who is currently fighting to break free of her father’s conservatorship in a highly-publicised court case.

“My life is CRAZY right now,” Wilson wrote.

“PS, love you Britney.”
