Redmi 13C smartphone with HD+ display, MediaTek chipset launched

Redmi 13C is now official. Xiaomi has expanded its Redmi series with the launch of affordable Redmi 13C smartphone globally. The smartphone is powered by a MediaTek chipset and runs Android 13 operating system. Redmi 13C packs MediaTek chipset and houses a 5000 mAh battery.
Redmi 13C comes with a price tag of $109 (Rs 9,090) and can be purchased in Midnight Black, Navy Blue, Clover Green and Glacier White colour options.
Redmi 13C specifications
Redmi 13C comes with a 6.74-inch HD+ display with 720×1600 pixel resolution. The display offers a 90Hz refresh rate and up to 600 nits of peak brightness. The display is protected with a layer of Corning Gorilla glass on top.
Redmi 13C is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio G85 chipset paired with up to 6GB of RAM. The smartphone offers 128GB internal storage which can be expanded further by installing a microSD card.
The affordable Redmi smartphone runs Android 13 operating system topped with the company’s own layer of MIUI 14. Redmi 13C comes with dual SIM support and features a dual rear camera with 50MP main camera with f/1.8 aperture, 2MP macro camera with f/2.4 aperture. Front is home to an 8MP selfie shooter.
Remdi 13C comes equipped with a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and is backed by a 5000 mAh battery with 18W charging support.
