The FBI announced on Wednesday that Negasi Zuberi, a known violent sex assault offender, who was arrested in Oregon for holding a kidnapped woman captive in his garage, may have additional victims. Zuberi, also known as “Sakima,” “Justin Hyche,” and “Justin Kouassi,” was apprehended after the woman managed to escape and seek help. It has been revealed that Zuberi had drafted a disturbing plan named “Operation Take Over,” which included a chilling reminder to target women who wouldn’t be missed to avoid any investigations. Authorities have linked him to at least four violent sexual assaults across multiple states. Zuberi has been charged with interstate kidnapping.
