Rohit Saraf has opened up about the mixed response to his latest release ‘Ishq Vishk Rebound’. The film featuring Rohit Saraf, Pashmina Roshan, Jibraan Khan, and Naila Grrewal in the lead roles, hit the big screens on June 21. Though the film received love from a section of youngsters, others couldn’t connect with it.
Rohit Saraf has now reacted to the mixed response of the film and stated that he doesn’t understand the box office numbers, and added that what matters to him is the love he is receiving from the audience.In a recent interview with Hindustan Times, Rohit shared that he doesn’t understand the math behind the box office numbers. He expressed that he only cares about the fact that people liked his performance. The young actor also stated that he is ‘very happy’ with the love he has received. He added that his family, fans, and people from the industry have liked his work.
The actor further added that he is using all of that positivity to do better in a project that he is currently working on. He also commented on the mixed response the film is receiving. He shared that no matter how good the work is, there will still be someone who would not like it. “Everything doesn’t have to appeal to everybody,” he stated. He also shared that he respects the fact that they went out to watch the film.

ETimes rated the film 3 out of 5 and wrote, “Ishq VIshk Rebound is a film for Gen Z. While older viewers might not fully connect with its portrayal of modern love, the humour, engaging performances, and entertainment value make it a decent one-time watch.”
