After being hit, he left the nets in Kentige Park. He then had a word with the support staff where he explained what exactly happened. As per a report on Dainik Jagran, Sri Lankan throwdown specialist Nuwan was bowling to Rohit. The ball spitted off a length and hit his gloves. He looked in a lot of pain at that point in time.
