“Time to reflect better as a team, as an individual and come back strong in the next game. I am enjoying each and every day (talking about his fitness and comeback) and cricket has its own ups and downs, and at the same time you can try and give your best as an individual,” Pant said at the post-match presentation.
Chasing 272, the Capitals fell short by 106 runs. Vaibhav Aroran and Varun Chakravarthy with three wickets apiece were the pick of the bowlers.
Earlier, Sunil Narine’s carnage, Angkrish Raghuvanshi and Andre Russell’s onslaught left Delhi Capitals (DC) bowlers dumbstruck at the ACA-VDCA Cricket Stadium and helped Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) post 272/7.
