Edwina is wearing a tailored pale blue shirt and pinstriped tailored pants, pulling a huge grin as she poses inside a lift.

“Anyone battling with the impossible standard of bouncing back after having a baby … I bought these pants in LA before I was pregnant with Molly,” she wrote.

“Today — they fit again.

“FIVE YEARS LATER.

“It takes time.

“Go easy on yourself.”

Edwina has two young children, Tom and Molly, with her husband Neil Varcoe.

Her followers loved the post, thanking her for her honesty in a world where there was pressure to “drop the baby weight” quickly after giving birth.

“Eddy, I NEEDED to hear this!!! Thank you, thank you for keeping it oh so real!” one fan said.

“Yep, it takes time putting it on, so of course it takes time taking it off,” another wrote.

“Good on you for being patient and doing it healthily.”

“My boys are 17 and 20, I’m still working on it🫣🤭” joked a third.

Eddy’s husband clearly thought she looked fabulous, dropping three “fire” emojis, and others agreed.

“Hot mama!” one follower exclaimed.

“And don’t you look epic?” said another.

“Thank you for sharing. You look amazing ❤️” noted a third.

One follower said women needed to be less hard on themselves.

“You’re a hardworking mum who has had two babies,” they wrote.

“We need to be more gentle and proud of our bodies for what they do for us.”

Speaking to Australian Women’s Weekly before Tom arrived, Edwina said she was looking forward to being a mum-of-two.

“You know what you’re in for, and I’m not as worried or nervous this time around because it all went quite well with Molly,” she said.

“Hopefully, we have another Molly – they sleep well, and eat well, and it all goes to plan!

“Of course, that’s not what babies do!”

After Tom was born, Edwina shared the happy news on social media.

“Some small news from our family. Thomas Donald Elliott Varcoe born on the 1st of March, 2022,” she wrote.

“At such a difficult time for so many, many people, we hope Tom’s little face puts a smile on yours,” she added, referring to the difficulties of the COVID pandemic in the previous two years.

As well as having two young children, Eddy and her husband are in the throes of restoring a historic hotel in Carcoar, in rural NSW.

The couple announced last year that they were going to be working on getting the hotel, formerly called The Victoria 1846, back up and running.

The announcement that they were embarking on the project delighted fans and followers

“I love that you’re both constantly looking for ways to move forward,” one follower wrote.

“You both inspire me.

“Can’t wait to see this next part unfold.”

“Sending so much love,” said another.

“It’s going to be a wonderful adventure, and I’m so happy for you.”
