Tata Motors has finally launched the much anticipated Curvv EV in India, priced from Rs 17.49 lakh, ex-showroom. At this price point, this model will compete against the MG ZS EV, another popular model in the growing EV market. As for the prices, the Curvv EV 45 kWh trims are priced at Rs 17.49 lakh for the Creative variant, Rs 18.49 lakh for the Accomplished variant, and Rs 19.29 lakh for the Accomplished +S variant. For the long range trims, the Accomplished variant costs Rs 19.25 lakh, the Accomplished +S variant is priced at Rs 19.99 lakh, and the Empowered+ variant is available for Rs 21.25 lakh. The top of the line Empowered + A variant is priced at Rs 21.99 lakh, ex-showroom.
On the other hand, the MG ZS EV is available in following variants: Executive at Rs 18.98 lakh, Excite Pro at Rs 19.98 lakh, Exclusive Plus at Rs 24.23 lakh, Exclusive Plus Ivory at Rs 24.44 lakh, and Essence and Essence Ivory at Rs 25.23 lakh and Rs 22.43 lakh, respectively, all ex-showroom prices.
Based on the figures discussed above, the Tata Curvv EV offers a broader range of battery options and competitive pricing, making it an attractive choice for those seeking longer range and various powertrain options.
