Tata Motors to launch Curvv EV, Charge Point aggregator on Aug 7: Details

Tata Motors is gearing up to launch the highly anticipated Curvv EV in India on August 7, 2024. This new model will be one of the first budget-friendly coupe SUVs in the country. Following the EV launch, the Curvv will also be available with internal combustion engine (ICE) options. Additionally, the company has announced the introduction of its Charge Point Aggregator, a comprehensive platform designed to address all EV charging needs, offering live updates from over 15 charging providers nationwide.
Currently, Tata Motors is a leading player in the Indian EV market, with a robust portfolio that includes popular models like the Nexon EV, Punch EV, Tigor EV, and Tiago EV. The lineup will soon be expanded with the introduction of the Curvv and the Harrier EV, the latter slated for launch next year.

Tata Motor’s Charge Point Aggregator: Features
Tata Motors’ nationwide charge point aggregator feature will be integrated into the Tata Motors Connected Car app. This feature offers the widest integration of charge points in India, partnering with over 15 charge point operators (CPOs). It provides real-time charger status, seamless navigation to charger locations, and incorporates Tata EV data to aid in trip planning based on vehicle range and charger usage data. Additionally, the app includes a rating system where Tata EV owners can rate charge points, enhancing the reliability and convenience of finding optimal charging stations.
