With the right play of materials, cuts, and accessories, these stylish celebrities slipped into frocks that showcased the body in subtler ways.
At the WSJ Awards in New York City, for instance, Kylie Jenner turned heads on the step and repeat in a sculpted leather Ferragamo bodice, complete with a flowy satin skirt underneath—a new take on the classic black column gown.
