The company has now incorporated the twin tanks in Tigor and Tiago CNG variants as well, along with the launch of Punch iCNG at a starting price of Rs 7.10 lakh, ex-showroom. It is interesting to note that the ALFA-ARC platform shared by both, Altroz and Punch, was designed keeping in mind the twin-cylinder CNG setup.

However, the Tigor and Tiago, share their underpinnings and are based on the older XO platform. The company confirmed that both cars will retain their existing platforms and production will take place at the company’s Sanand facility in Gujarat. The introduction of the twin tanks with the duo means that the carmaker’s entire CNG portfolio now features the unique setup.
The Tiago iCNG comes at a starting price of Rs 6.55 lakh and goes up to Rs 8.10 lakh for the top-spec XZ NRG variant, both prices ex-showroom. On the other hand, the Tigor iCNG trims start at Rs 7.8 lakh, ex-showroom, and go up to Rs 8.95 lakh, ex-showroom.
Furthermore, the Tiago and Tigor are the only cars in their respective segments to be offered with petrol, electric, and CNG powertrain options.
