In his list of restaurants, the latest addition is True Palate Café’s One8 Commune Gurgaon, marking it as the 7th outpost in India. It is situated at M3M International Financial Center (IFC) and has been designed by the renowned Studio Renesa. The interiors of the restaurant is nothing short of a symphony—a meandering design path, adorned with gentle hues of mauve, lavender, pink, and the subtle opulence of rose gold.

The menu consists of some of Virat’s top picks as well as a whole new menu consisting of 40+ dishes like Spaghetti Cherry Tomato Stew, Tomato Barley Risotto, Zucchini Croquettes, Nasi Goreng, Green Mac n Cheese, Mushroom Galouti, along with a dedicated section called ‘Virat’s Favourites,’ featuring culinary delights like Avocado Tartare and Pearl Barley Risotto.
