It’s an interconference tilt on the parquet floor as a pair of teams in search of a victory collide in the Silver State. The Washington Mystics are on the road as they make the trip west to take on the Los Angeles Sparks on Tuesday night. Washington comes in off an 88-77 home loss to Las Vegas in their previous contest Saturday afternoon, though they covered the line as a 13-point underdog. Los Angeles was beaten 92-78 on the road by Phoenix Friday night, failing to cover as a 10.5-point underdog in their previous contest. In the last 10 meetings between the teams, the Sparks own a 6-4 advantage and have won the last three meetings. That includes a 70-68 win at home in the first meeting this season on May 21.

Best Bets for Washington Mystics vs. Los Angeles Sparks
Full-Game Side Bet
Insiders Status:
Rating:
Both teams have had their struggles this season with each team recording just four wins on the year entering this game. Washington has won four of their last seven, even with losses in their last two, while the Sparks come in off a 0-7 road trip. The Mystics have played better of late while the Sparks have crumpled, especially after losing Brink for the season. Los Angeles struggles on both ends of the floor and they have a lack of scoring depth beyond Hamby at this point. The Mystics don’t have Austin and Sykes but Dolson has stepped up to provide another weapon alongside Atkins. Take Washington on the road seeing how Los Angeles has struggled of late.
Prediction: Washington Mystics +3.5

Rating:
Washington has gone over the total in 11 of their 19 games this season. On the road, the Mystics have gone over the mark in five of their nine games and they have gone over the number in five of their last six games heading into this contest. Los Angeles has seen the under go 10-8 in their 18 games this season. The Sparks have seen the under post a 4-3 mark in their seven home games this season. Four of the last five meetings between the teams have stayed under the total, including the first matchup this season, where the teams combined for 138 points against a number of 158.5 back in May. With this being two of the three worst offenses in the league, coupled with the injury issues, look for this game to wind up under the number.
Prediction: Under 164
