The clip shows the black Rolls-Royce stuck motionless with its hazard lights flashing. In the same frame, smaller hatchbacks are seen passing the waterlogged road with relative ease. The video was shot by a person who was sitting inside a Maruti Suzuki car and has ignited a social media buzz, with some expressing amusement at the sight of an expensive car brought to a halt by common problems.

The vehicle here is the first-gen Rolls-Royce Ghost which was launched in India back in 2009 at a starting price of Rs 2.5 crore, ex-showroom. This model features a 6.6-litre twin-turbo V12 engine and an 8-speed automatic ZF gearbox. It delivers 563 bhp and 780 Nm of torque, allowing it to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.9 seconds and reach an electronically limited top speed of 250 km/h.
