A man from Costa Rica, Addis Miller, claims to have shed nearly 13 kgs with ‘water fasting.’ Ever since he shared his journey on his social media account, the concept has suddenly gone viral all over the internet. Miller has mustered widespread attention with his 21 -day water fast.
In one of his YouTube videos about his weight loss journey, he stated, “Earlier this year, I embarked on a 21-day water fast in Costa Rica. This experience was truly life-changing for me, and I am excited to share some of the precious moments from my journey.”
What is Water Fasting?
This is a approach towards weight loss that restricts food intake. One is supposed to consume only water and nothing else for a stipulated period of time frame.
