What time is the Dan Andrews press conference today with lockdown announcement and Vic COVID-19 update?
Health authorities are set to provide a COVID-19 update on Monday, including a highly anticipated announcement on how much longer Victoria will be under lockdown restrictions.
The announcement on lockdown will come after 13 new COVID-19 cases were recorded by the Department of Health on Monday, bringing the total of the outbreak to 72.

All of the new cases recorded are linked to the two known outbreaks related to the Sydney removalists that forced a Melbourne apartment complex into lockdown and the red zone family that returned to the Hume area and visited Coles Craigieburn.
Victoria had previously recorded 16 new cases on Sunday and 19 new cases on Saturday.
Victoria lockdown update
Victoria’s latest coronavirus outbreak is unfolding as hoped without any new chains of transmission, Daniel Andrews says.
However the premier warns it is still too early to tell whether the state can avoid an extension of its current five-day lockdown.
Andrews says the restrictions won’t go any longer than they need to but at this stage he has no advice to shorten lockdown for any areas outside Melbourne either.
A stay-at-home order is due to expire at midnight on Tuesday but could be extended based on data including case numbers and exposure sites, Chief Health Officer Brett Sutton says.
“Every Victorian needs to ready themself for what might emerge over the next 24/48 hours,” he said on Saturday.
“All I can say is the response couldn’t have been better. The judgements that have been made around a hard and fast lockdown have been the right ones. And that’s got us on a good track.”
