While the Jupiter ZX Drum SmarXonnect variant carries over the Starlight Blue paint scheme from the existing Jupiter ZX, it additionally gets a new and exclusive Olive Gold shade.
The SmarXonnect means that it gets a fully digital instrument cluster with Bluetooth connectivity. Connected features include turn-by-turn navigation, voice assist, call and SMS alerts that are all displayed on the display. The TVS Jupiter ZX Drum SmarXonnect variant also gets a built-in mobile charger.
The new ZX Drum SmarXonnect model sits between the ZX and ZX Disc variants. It is Rs 2,335 more expensive than the ZX variant, but Rs 1,945 more affordable than ZX Disc. For a premium of Rs 4,520, one can upgrade to the ZX Disc SmarXonnect variant as well. The TVS Jupiter’s other features on offer include an LED headlight, external fuel tank lid, engine kill switch, all-in-one lock, a parking brake and so on.

Powering the TVS Jupiter is a 109.7 cc single-cylinder engine that generates 7.78 hp of maximum power at 7500 rpm and 8.8 Nm of peak torque at 5500 rpm. The Hero Activa is the TVS Jupiter’s biggest rival in the Indian market, while it does face competition from the Hero Xoom as well.
