WhatsApp Introducing Admin Review Feature for Group Chats on Android Beta

Home Technology
WhatsApp is introducing a new feature for group chats on Android beta, which allows users to report messages to group admins. Once the option is enabled, all members of the group chat can report messages that they find inappropriate or offensive to the admins. The group admins will then have the choice to either delete the message for everyone or take appropriate action based on the reported content. This feature aims to create a safe and respectful environment within the group conversation. The messages that require review will be listed in a separate section in the group info screen. The new admin review feature is currently available to select beta testers and will be rolled out to more users in the coming days. WhatsApp has been consistently adding new features to enhance user experience and safety, including safety tools for messages from unknown numbers and the ability to link the account to WhatsApp Web using the phone number.
