When Is ‘The Bachelorette’ Season Finale?

0 1

Okay, so the Katie Thurston’s season of The Bachelorette is getting ready to wrap up, and the sheer amount of drama is enough to make my head spin. Whether it’s literal contestant drama, controversy over who’s hosting (so nice to see you again, Tayshia Adams and Kaitlyn Bristowe!), or Bachelorette Katie ending her season early (is another Clare Crawley twist in our midst?), it’s honestly the summer ride we’re all needing rn.

While fans speculate which hot contestant will accept the final rose from Katie (maybe it’s someone from Bachelor Nation?? Just a thought!), let’s take a good look at when we can expect that finale to hit airwaves. You know, so we can get to planning our summer TV bingeing schedules (please tell me I’m not the only one who does this, lol)!

When is the Bachelorette season finale?

We do know Katie decided to cut her season short (!!!), so this season will likely have fewer episodes than usual. But today, we have the info you’ve been desperately craving—Katie’s season finale of The Bachelorette airs on August 9 this year. Go put that in your GCal, stat!

She announced the news in a super cute Twitter post:

Okay, perfect. But how can I watch The Bachelorette finale once it airs?

Well, true Bachelor Nation fans know you need to be streaming it in real time, because honestly, how are you going to live-tweet on Twitter if you’re not watching it with everyone else?

But for the more serious answer: If you’re someone who likes to watch the show as it’s happening, ABC or ABC Live is the perfect place for you to stream to your heart’s content. Watch out though, because you might need to make an account before keeping up with the rest of the Bachelor Nation family. If you somehow missed the livestream the night before, you can always go on the show’s official page to catch up on the latest. Or better yet, if you happen to have a Hulu account, you can watch it there too. A Hulu subscription starts at $5.99 a month.

In the meantime, enjoy the previous episodes of Katie’s Bachelorette season to psych yourself up (there are different seasons on both Netflix and Hulu!), and be prepared for what’s sure to be an interesting season.

Alright, I can’t wait anymore. Who are Katie’s final four men?

Glad you ask! According to Reality Steve, Katie’s final four contestants are Michael Allio, Justin Glaze, Greg Grippo, and Blake Moynes.

Andrew Spencer was supposed to be in the final four but Reality Steve later explained that he mixed up the going home order in a previous spoiler. “I had Andrew and Michael A. flip flopped. Andrew finished 5th with Michael finishing 4th. When I reported that back in May on Michael A., the one thing I knew was that his family never met Katie. So I made the assumption he didn’t finish top 4 since, well, top 4 get hometowns. I made the wrong assumption there on his placement. He finishes 4th, BUT, his family doesn’t meet Katie. At the beginning of next weeks episode, we’ll see Michael self eliminate because of his son, and Katie never meets his family,” he said in a new spoiler post.

Who wins Katie’s season of The Bachelorette?

Once again Reality Steve drops some major tea, and reveals that Blake Moynes is the winner of Katie’s Bachelorette season. And that’s not all—they leave the show 100 percent engaged:

“Katie is engaged to Blake Moynes. Yes, I know, he’s not on the show yet. But he will be next week…sure, I expect there to be doubt like every season. All I can say is it’s been about a 7 week process since filming ended to get this info, and I’m very confident in what I’ve been told.”

JSYK, Katie did say she wanted to leave the show with a ring on her finger. In an interview with Us Weekly, she explained, “I just know where I’m at in life, and it really shows how serious I am about falling in love and finding my person. And if the thought of being engaged scares you, then you’re not ready to be with me.”
