As the highly anticipated Super Bowl halftime show approaches, fans around the world are buzzing with excitement and speculation.
Rumours have been circulating that global pop sensation Justin Bieber may make a surprise appearance on stage, joining forces with performer Usher in a potential appearance set to take audiences way back to 2010.

A then-teenaged Bieber and Usher released the hit Somebody to Love in 2010 as part of the Canadian singer’s album My World 2.0.
Usher acted as a mentor for the then up-and-comer, making it natural that Bieber would return the favour by performing during his Super Bowl halftime show.
The halftime show will be broadcast live on Channel 7 and 7plus at approximately midday (AEDT). You can keep up with all the Super Bowl action via our live blog here.
Social media platforms have been set ablaze with fervent discussions as fans eagerly share their predictions and hopes after Bieber was spotted in Las Vegas, where the event is being held.
“Justin Bieber and Usher recreating this at the Super Bowl could solve world hunger, end global warming, clean the oceans, build villages,” one X user joked.
“If Justin Bieber comes out with Usher in the Super Bowl please ask for an ambulance outside my home, if Justin Bieber does NOT come out with Usher in the Super Bowl please ask for an ambulance outside my home,” another said.
TikTok user @smoothjasmine, who correctly guessed last year’s performer Rihanna’s opening song, weighed in with her predictions.
It appears to be agreed online that he will open with either Yeah! or OMG.
Usher also dropped a hit that he would be sharing the stage with someone during the performance — unlike Rihanna in 2023, who performed solo.
“I am definitely, you know, went through a lot of ideas of who I would have share this moment with me,” he said during the Super Bowl LVIII press conference presented by Apple Music.
“And I do feel like the people who are gonna share it deserve just as much recognition for what they do in their careers, whether we have collaborated together or whether they’ve had moments of their own.”
Other potential collaborations include Lil Jon and Ludacris performing Yeah!
Will.i.am collaborated on OMG, while singer Alicia Keys sang on the hit My Boo.
As the world eagerly watches, all eyes will be on the Super Bowl halftime show, eagerly awaiting the moment when the truth is finally revealed.
