“Let me show you what’s in these bon bons, right. There’s a spring with a paperclip, there’s what I presume is a bookmark.

“I have no idea what that is, I think it’s a piece of string. A padlock, if you need a padlock.

“Like it’s Christmas morning and you pull your cracker and you get tweezers.

“I get this one, it’s a keyring. And equally, that’s a bottle opener.

“But this is literally one of the prizes – a bulldog clip is one of the prizes.”

He picked up the box again and then repeated: “In one of these is a bulldog clip.”

In his caption, the shopper added: “As if price gouging wasn’t enough.”

Many social media users were just as shocked by the underwhelming bon bon trinkets.

“Sounds like they raided the junk drawer for that stuff,” one said.

Another added: “Gotta get rid of their excess office stock somehow.”

A third wrote: “What’s next, Q tips and Banana peels? This is one step above trash.”

One more added: “It’s like the factory forgot to buy little toys to put in there so they just used office supplies.”
