The LXi is the entry-level variant of the Swift and is offered only with manual transmission. It has six airbags, hill-start assist, ESC, rear defogger, central locking, projector headlights with halogen bulbs, LED tail lights, 14-inch steel wheels, all four power windows and tilt adjustment for the steering wheel.

VXi: 7.3 lakh MT and 7.8 lakh AMT (ex-showroom).
The VXi is the mid-spec variant of the Swift and is offered in both manual and automatic gearboxes. It gets all the features mentioned in LXi, additionally it gets wheel covers for the 14-inch wheels, body-coloured wing mirrors and door handles, power adjustable wing mirrors, height-adjustable driver seat, rear parcel tray, day/night IRVM, 7.0-inch touchscreen with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay 4 speakers and steering-mounted controls.

The new Swift in its fourth generation is essentially a heavily updated version of the third-gen platform with a new design, new engine, improved dynamics and an updated interior layout with new features and safety. The new Swift is 15mm longer, 40mm narrower and 30mm taller than the old model. The wheelbase remains the same at 2,450mm.
The new Swift is powered by an all-new Z-Series, 1.2-litre, three-cylinder, naturally aspirated petrol engine that’ll replace the existing K12 four-cylinder engine. The new Swift has claimed ffuel efficiencyof 24.8 kmpl for the MT variants and 25.75 kmpl for AMT. The new engine puts out 82 hp of power and 112 nm of torque. In comparison, the previous model produced 90 hp and 113 nm, a drop of 8 hp and 1 Nm.
