The latest instalment in the post-apocalyptic horror franchise derived from 2018’s ‘A Quiet Place’, delves into the genesis of the invasion of monsterous extraterrestrial beings armed with hyper-sonic hearing capabilities. While the original and its immediate sequel directed by John Krasinski, were set a year into the invasion, this film takes viewers back to day 1, as the characters come face-to-face with the monsters and try their hardest to stay alive.
