According to reports, the couple is set to officially register their marriage on Wednesday, followed by an elaborate wedding ceremony in Udaipur on January 5. Subsequently, a lavish wedding reception is planned in Mumbai after the festivities in Rajasthan.
On the wedding day, Nupur opted for a non-traditional approach by jogging to the venue, covering a distance of 8 kms with his friends, instead of the customary baraat. Prior to entering the venue, he danced to the beats of the dhol, displaying his excitement for the big day. Meanwhile, Ira had her haldi and mehendi functions in the city on Tuesday. The mehendi ceremony for Ira and Nupur was hosted by Salman Khan at his residence.
In November 2022, Ira and Nupur hosted an engagement ceremony, with Nupur having proposed to Ira in Italy in September 2022.
