Akshay Kumar shoots for ‘Sky Force’ in Lucknow; videos from sets leak online – WATCH | Hindi Movie News

Akshay Kumar, who is currently basking in the success ‘OMG 2’, has returned to the film sets to begin work on his next action flick ‘Sky Force‘. The actor, who received rave reviews for his turn in the Amit Rai directorial, hit the ground running as he began work on the Maddock Films production.
According to reports, the actor arrived on the Lucknow sets on August 24.The actor was seen making quite the superstar entrance at the Sutapur shoot location in a chopper. A couple of videos and photos of the actor doing the rounds on social media show him posing with fans for photos. A clip also sees him putting on a big smile for the cameras as he arrives on the sets for the shoot.

Another video doing the rounds online sees a man in black shooting a chase sequence. While the man runs a series of explosives are seen going off in the background.

A photo of the film’s clapper board has also gone viral among fans.
Currently filming is underway at the PAC Battalion in Sitapur, which has been converted into an air base for the movie that is reportedly be set in the backdrop of the Indian Air Force.

‘Sky Force’ will mark the actor’s on-screen reunion with

Nimrat Kaur and Sara Ali Khan. The movie directed by Abhishek Kapoor and Sandeep Kelwani will also feature newcomer Veer Pahariya in a leading role.
While Akshay is busy at work on his action film, the actor is also set to star in the next Housefull instalment. He also has Welcome 3, C Sankaran Biopic, Khel Khel Mein and Jolly LLB 3 that are in various stages of production.

Meanwhile, the actor also has a couple of films awatiting their release. These include The Great Indian Rescue which is slated to hit screens on Osctober 5. He also has Bade Miyan Chote Miyan which will see him teaming up with Tiger Shroff for the first time. The movie is directed by Ali Abbas and will release on 10 April 2024.
