As the pre-wedding celebrations of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant neared its conclusion with a glitzy maha aarti on Sunday evening, Bollywood Badshah SRK and his queen hit the dance floor, making fans and the internet swoon all over again.
Looking every bit like a royal couple, SRK and Gauri contrasted perfectly for day three of the celebrations.While the actor rocked a white ensemble, his leading lady stunned in a shimmery royal blue lehenga. Son, AbRam also made for one dashing little guest in his black sherwani and gelled-back hair.
As the events of the night progressed, Indian singers including Arijit Singh, Lucky Ali, and Shreya Ghoshal took over the stage to serenade the couple and perform their biggest hits.
However, it was a special performance off-stage that won hearts. As Udit Narayan sang his rendition of ‘Main Yahaan Hoon’ from the iconic movie ‘Veer Zaara’, SRK led his wife onto the dance floor and began slow-dancing with her. In a viral clip circulating online, the power couple could not seem to hold back their smiles and blush as they twirled and swayed together.
Shortly after the clip went viral online, fans were reminded of the last time they saw the two dancing together in public. A throwback video of SRK and Gauri revelling in the spirit of Holi festivities soon took over top trends. This was among the few times that the couple indulged fans with their public display of affection.
The pre-wedding festivities, marked by celebrity appearances and unforgettable performances, concluded on a high note with a maha-aarti. After a three-day-long celebration, celebs were spotted leaving Jamnagar and catching late-night flights to head back home.
