Audi: Audi introduces 10-year Roadside Assistance for new customers, sets new benchmark

Kicking off the festive season incentives, Audi India has announced a comprehensive 10-year Roadside Assistance program for its customers. The benefit will be applicable to all customers who have booked an Audi car from October 1, 2023. Audi says the program has been introduced to make the customer’s ownership experience seamless and hassle-free throughout the ownership period. The 10-year RSA also sets a new benchmark in customer service as no other luxury or mass vehicle brand offers a similar RSA program, let alone a complimentary one.

What are the benefits:
Under the 10-year complimentary RSA program, Audi will extend 24×7 and 365 days coverage to customers. RSA will be available across the country, on sit-repairs, fuel delivery and key replacements will also be included. Other benefits include travel or accommodation facility if stranded, custody, transportation, storage and safekeeping of vehicle and Audi-approved special towing platforms.
