Multiple shots have been fired into a Western Sydney home while a young mum and child were inside on Wednesday night.
The mother and child were treated for shock following the incident, and a man in his 30s was also home at the time, 7NEWS understands.

Bullet holes were left surrounding the front door handle after the drive-by shooting, which took place just before 10pm on Raymond Rd in Lidcombe.
The gunman then fled the scene.
An exclusion zone was established on Wednesday night as authorities scoured the area for evidence.
7NEWS understands they discovered some critical evidence on the ground outside.
