Bajaj Pulsar N250 launched at Rs 1.51 lakh: Gets digital console, USD forks and more

Bajaj Auto has finally launched the much-anticipated 2024 iteration of its Pulsar N250 model in India, starting at Rs 1.51 lakh, ex-showroom. The motorcycle gets a host of upgrades, including both hardware and feature updates, over the outgoing model. The motorcycle will be available in three colour option – Glossy Racing Red, Brooklyn Black, and the Pearl Metallic White.
One of the biggest highlights of the 2024 Pulsar N250 is an all-new digital instrument console that features Bluetooth connectivity. Riders can now enjoy features like call and SMS alerts, turn-by-turn navigation, and a clear view of essential information like speedometer, odometer, fuel level, distance to empty, distance to service and mileage and more. Additionally, the N250 is the first Pulsar model to get traction control.

In terms of design, the motorcycle remains largely the same but gets updated graphics. Besides that, it gets a USB charging slot, LED projector headlamp with aggressive-looking LED DRLs. On the rear, it gets a sleek LED unit.
Speaking of a significant hardware update, the new N250 ditches the telescopic front forks on the outgoing model to replace it with new, stunning, champagne gold USD forks. On the rear, it continues to get a monoshock unit. For stopping power, the new Pulsar N250 gets 300 mm front and 230 mm rear petal disc brakes with dual-channel ABS. The ABS gets three ride modes, namely, Road, Rain, and Off-road.
Powering the 2024 Pulsar N250 is the familiar 249cc, single-cylinder, oil-cooled motor that produces 24.1 bhp and 21.5 Nm of torque. This engine continues to come mated to a five-speed gearbox, featuring an assist and slipper clutch.
