Parineeti Chopra is all set to walk down the aisle with Raghav Chadha any moment now. The duo got engaged in an intimate, but opulent ceremony in New Delhi in May this year. Just like the engagement, Parineeti will don a Manish Malhotra collection for the wedding, while Raghav will wear his uncle Pawan Sachdeva’s piece. Brilliant student
While Parineeti might have chosen acting as her ultimate calling, she has always been a brilliant student.

Not many know that the actor had topped her standard 12 board examinations, not only in her own college or city, but in the entire country! She was even felicitated by the then-President for achieving the ginormous feat. She then went on to study abroad, earning a triple honours degree in Finance, Business and Economics.
Worked with YRF
After spending a few years abroad, Parineeti moved back to the country and was working in the marketing and communications division of Yash Raj Films. At that point, she had no inclination to be an actor, but director Maneesh Sharma spotted her while he was looking for a fresh face for his movie Ladies vs Ricky Bahl. The rest, they say, is history!
Rani Mukerji‘s assistant for a day
Parineeti had once appeared on Neha Dhupia’s talk show and revealed that she was Rani Mukerji’s personal assistant for one day and the Mardaani actor told her to try her stint in front of the camera. Pari said, “I was her PA just for one day. It was the best day of my life! Because she was my favourite and she was going to my favourite reality show Bigg Boss and in fact, I got to spend 1.5 hours driving to Khandala with her. She told me that you know, you have it in you to become an actress. You should become an actress. I was like wow, Rani Mukherjee, my idol is saying this to me.”
Big fan of Saif Ali Khan
Not many know that while growing up, Parineeti was a big fan of Saif Ali Khan! In an interview, she had said that she used to collect these chips packets on which Saif had a picture and she was obsessed with him. She also added that she used to neatly stack them up and lock them in her steel cupboard and till date, those packets are very much there!
Loves collecting shoes
Like many celebrities, Parineeti too, loves collecting shoes. However, she is not much into luxury pairs except for a couple of them. Pari believes in having a variety of shoes, and not all of them have to be uber expensive or luxurious. At any one given time, she would easily have 20-30 pairs of shoes with her.

Trained classical singer
Everyone knows how much Parineeti loves music and singing. However, this is not merely a hobby, she has studied music academically too. The actor is a trained Hindustani classical singer with a BA Honours in music. So, will Pari croon a love song for Raghav at their wedding? Most importantly, will we get to hear it?
