Chris Brown ‘nipple’ warning stuns internet

Channel Seven star and veterinarian Dr Chris Brown has shared an urgent message to his fans throughout Australia – and it’s all about nipples.

Dog nipples, that is.

Dr Chris took to social media to share an odd piece of information about what was happening at his Bondi vet surgery as the weather warmed up, and his fans were gobsmacked.

The video was captioned: “The warning no vet wants to give … This actually happened. And will happen again next week.”

“So, after today I feel like I need to remind you that this …. is not a tick,” he said, showing a photograph of a dog’s nipple.

“The moment tick season begins, which is now, I see a dog a week in the vet hospital where their owner has tried to remove their nipple,” he continued, looking completely bewildered at how such a mistake could be made.

“Both male and female pets have eight of them, sometimes 10.

“So this is what a tick really looks like.”

The video then showed a close-up of a tick which, suffice to say, looks nothing like a dog’s nipple.

“So maybe free that …. not the nipple?” he concluded.

Followers were truly shocked that the two things could ever be confused.

“What? How can folks confuse the two?” one fan asked.

Dr Chris replied: “It happens a lot. Especially on the bigger nipples!”

“Omg, ouch!” another fan wrote.

“I’m in shock that people actually do this,” said a third.

“Oh it’s real. Almost weekly right now,” the vet and TV personality responded.

“Wow … People get more and more stupid every year lol 😂 🤦‍♀️,” remarked one follower.

“Omg, the number of times my husband has freaked out coz he thinks our dog’s nipple is a tick,” confessed another.

“At least half a dozen times 🤦🏻‍♀️🙈.”

“My chihuahua has little black nipples and at a quick glance I’m like, omg fleas. … oh no it’s your nipple LoL,” one pet owner said.

Noted another: ‘I once paid $180 to be informed that my dog had a mole.”

“That’s not the type of nip slip you want to do,” joked another.
